      Playing with my kids, going out with friends, that sort of thing.

      I used to play bass guitar but haven’t picked it up in years.

      I play Ultimate frisbee about 3 times a week and I also play the electric guitar, bass and ukulele.

      I play Rugby for a club just outside of Norwich. I train in the gym to keep myself in shape for Rugby.

      When I can I like to go surfing.

      I love spending time with my friends and playing a few musical instruments.

      I’m also something of a real ale enthusiast.

      Cooking (all sorts of things, but bread making is a current obsession), music – listening rather than playing and walking in the country are probably the main ones.
