• Question: did you pay for all your equipment?

      No, I couldn’t afford it. You either work in a place where you are given access to use the equipment, or you have to convince the government or private industry to sponsor your work.
      Finding the money to pay our research is a very important part of a scientist’s work (and always a worry of course). So it is good for us to practice explaining our Science and why it is interesting like I am trying to do here in the Crystallography Zone. It is also good that our future leaders (students like you!) understand who Scientists are and what they do 😉
