      Yes.

      Longer winters for example can actually change your metabolism, and this can for example makes us fatter or thinner! Our body reacts to light through the optical nerve, or when sunshine hits your skin, to produce chemicals in our body that regulate how we function.

      Yes – as the climate changes, we will start to adapt to the new, hotter climate.

      We might change our sleep patterns, or change how much water and food we need to eat – if it gets hotter we might sweat more and need to drink more water.

      The environment around us is one of the biggest driving forces in evolution so definitely. It will take a long time for really noticable changes to develop but it’ll definitely be working away in the background.
