Question: hi how long have you been studying science? and why do you like it?

  I’ve been studying science since 1996, when I went to university to study Biochemistry.
  
  I’ve been a lab scientist since 2001, when I started my PhD.
  
  I love being a scientist because I have the freedom to research pretty much what I want and how I want, and I get to see things that no human being has ever seen before.
  
  Also, as I am working on human diseases, I hope that one day my work will lead to a cure or treatment for people with Arthritis, which is very painful
