      Simple answer is we wouldn’t be able to do anything without them. Proteins make up your muscle fibres so you can move, help digest the food you eat by acting as enzymes the list of protein functions is endless. Any structure, reaction or process that happens in the body you can bet there are a team of proteins behind it.
