      I don’t think you could crystalise milk, as milk is a mix of proteins, sugars and fats.

      To crystallise something you need a really pure sample of it, and as milk is a big mix of water, proteins, sugars and fats, you probably couldn’t crystallise it.

      You *can* crystallise proteins that you have purified from milk though.
