I go to the gym, play Rugby and socialise with my friends.

I don’t watch loads of TV but there’s a couple of programmes I always try to keep up with. Like Mad Men and Homeland.

If I’m on holiday I like to go somewhere I can surf.

Most of my downtime I’m playing Ultimate Frisbee (http://www.ukultimate.com/ for an explination of that), playing the guitar, watching t.v. or meeting up with friends.

I’ve got two children in primary school, so most of my free time is spent looking after and playing with them!

On the very rare occasions I get any time to myself, I enjoy going out with friends and going to the cinema.

I am cook quite a lot and especially like baking my own bread. I’m also a big music fan and listen to a lot of different music to relax, although I rarely find the time to DJ like I used to a few years ago.

Being Portuguese I inevitably enjoy cooking, so I like to cook portuguese dishes and invite friends over to have them taste a bit of my culture. As I live right at the heart of the Alpes, I also enjoy hiking up the mountains: the view is fantastic, the sport helps me digest all the wonderful cheese they have here, and I even get to meet wild animals like a marmot just yesterday! I am also a compulsive writer (as you can see by my long answers, sorry….), so I write stories and my journal.
