Repaying all the effort my parents put into raising me by trying to live my life in a way they’d be proud of every day. That means making the best of my ability and treating other people with courtesy and respect, no matter who they are.

I don’t think there can be any higher achievement than that.

In my life – my children.

In my science – I guess in terms of impact it would be a paper that I got published in the prestigious Nature journal – but I actually don’t think that is my best work. ❗
