      Oh yes.

      That would be an amazing experience. There’s a lot of interest in growing plants in zero gravity so maybe one day I’ll get my chance?

      In a heart beat! I’d probably annoy the other astronauts doing voice overs like in Star Trek though. “Space… the final frontier… still can’t get my protein to crystallise…WHOCARESIMINSPACE!!!!!”

      They have tried growing protein crystal in space before. If ever they decide to do that again I’d be so up for that.
